If approved I think they will charge a lot more then I originally had expected (30k +/-). I recall doing the calc on what Shionogi charges (either here or yahoo and I think the equivalent US price on the US dose was in the 20's). Other then market research and "feeling out" insurance companies do you know of any medicare regulations that control what a new drug price can be?
From some of the recent drug approval prices (Allos comes to mind and what someone posted on what DNDN is charging) companies are really increasing what they are seeking.
