Remember, in Mesa's case, they took no DIP financing. So they have a limited amount of cash to take them thru the BK process. We really don't want this Ch 11 to drag out as long as SSCC or CEM, or it will turn into a Ch 7. The company, the creditors and the court won't let that happen.
