True, which means that it's more important than ever to get those unneeded leases removed. I'm sure Mesa attorneys and Judge Glenn are aware of this. I doubt the Delta trial in July will last very long at all, given the length of the trial in the Georgia court. If the NY trial can wrap up within two weeks and Mesa submits their plan soon after, they could possibly exit BK by late summer, which would put it at 8 months. That's a tight timeline, to be sure, but doable. This assumes that Mesa has several alternate POR's on the drawing board ready to go contingent on the outcome of the Delta trial.
