Does anyone know how a true 504 works. I am wondering what the conversion rate is per 1 common. Is it equal to the open market?

I will try to find out.

I would like to point out 1 last thing. Not the greatest but until I can prove what happened I will not speculate.

Enzo posted Robert Majors phone number last week. I called him today and the phone number did not work. It matched the number on the filing it was correct. I emailed Cannon asking them about Robert Majors and the disconnected phone number. I will post the reply if they send me one.
