Agreed. The Mar 04 gap is being closed, dirt cheap here.

Btw, the fully diluted share count of 16.97M I used for my eps estimate for 2010 is probably an overkill. It seems more likely now that the FD will be about 11.7M for 1Q and maybe 14M for 2Q after the most recent option redemption by CEO and other redemptions that gave them an extra 5M cash boost. Looks like they donot need another raise this year.
