Hi Howard,

I have been hesitant to ask this but your assertion that the PR is misleading is somewhat troubling. Are you stating that the company intentionally posted false information, or simply that they posted numbers that are based on incomplete feedback from the RO.

The numbers reported seem to be clear. "more than 27 shareholders" seem to indicate that not many of us took our allotment. I'm one who did so I guess I'm one of the 27+.

Please don't get upset by my question but I think a point of clarification is in order. I would just like to hear your insight.

What Malcolm did or did not do seems superfluous.
