We have to keep in mind not everyone is on I-hub likely a very small fraction of the traders playing pennys.
1. likely there is much more of the float locked than what is listed 2. the MMs are working it well or the best that they can. If someone is holding a profit at .0013 and they see the BS going down without knowledge of whats going on here the right thing to do is sell. 3. While I would like to think the listed are all 100% percevnt on board it is not very likely and some eill not follow this into the red when they think it is going there. MM are masters of their craft they wont go down easy.
