Duped, you'll probably get me here, but I think I posted before you announced your visit to the AG.

If you read my first post, its not as if I hold TATF blameless. I just don't think it's a scam. I think they're legit but have made a few serious errors: they failed to appreciate how investors would fee after waiting years for tangible updates on their investments (in the form of thinning reports and proceeds). They failed to stay on top of a deteriorating field management situation. And they failed to take appropriate steps to notify investors of the situation. Lastly, they overestimated in some places and underestimated in others, although in this area I'm more understanding.

As for me, I don't know the Brunners, and as far as I know, I don't know anyone who knows them, nor anyone who now has or ever did have a relationship to TATF. I've never been to either Ohio or Costa Rica. I have no interest in the former (with apologies) but would like to visit the latter. I live in California. My name is Joel Schwarzbart and if you Google my name (use quotation marks) you will find that I have a Facebook profile, a LinkedIn profile, a Ph.D. from UC Irvine, some book review rants on Amazon, and an association with a management consulting outfit called GeNext Consulting.

I think it's unfortunate that you see anyone who takes a less critical stance than your own as a shill. To be quite frank, it's a little insulting.
