13:07 ET Genesis Microchip strong on Dell rumor (GNSS) 8.21 +0.58: Stock has been strong this morning due to a rumor that DELL is sold out of 15 inch flat panel displays (also, co holds its mid-qtr update tomorrow at 5 PM ET); however, this rumor is being viewed skeptically by others, who point out that DELL holds no inventory of flat panels and hence can't be "sold out", and that DELL's flat panel levels may have been skewed due to their recent special on those products.
