gave you the link in the second response. Obviously the Canadian border is more problematic because of the length and terrain. A far more realistic approach is working with the Canadian's to identify possible terrorists in Canada. Unlike the southern border we don't have to worry (as much) about gang members and drug smugglers, just terrorists. Hmmm....what a choice.
