Everyone takes chances in life and this is no exception; if they want to flip - it is their choice. Personally I invest for my families future and do not gamble by taking a chance on flipping at the wrong time and losing. Everyone is different and I comprehend this fact but I look for stable investment's that will make a difference for me tomorrow - not today.
