We know the financials are ugly, we had a glance at them from that Pacer report earlier. I do not have access to Pacer. Maybe someone else could check today or tomorrow. Financial organization is where MS seems to have it over MD. But MD has been working on this problem a long time. If MD does have a source of financing, they need to play together nicely, or sink together. Stupid not to. They can fight again later when the company is stronger.

Can you PM me your EM.I am trying to get a grip on CEO trust. MD promises and almost always delivers... eventually. Time seems to mean nothing to him, but his goals have always appeared parallel to our own. What do we know about MS? He could have sandbagged MD by withholding funds, or could be the responsible board member that pulled the purse because the CEO was not financially responsible.

The root cause of the rift sems clear. The mill is not operating as promised, but still holds promise. While frustrating to us all, there should eventually be a solution. This company can and should be profitable...eventually.
