No one really knows if infringement is really Neom's trump card. What I mean by that is if their whole IP and patents are enforceable, and actually worth anything. Without that, we are just a small fry in a big pool trying to splash around and figure out how to make some money in this medium.
Although I do think we are getting some traction, I don't necessarily believe Iain's quote regarding that YA wouldn't dare pull the plug. If that were the case, they wouldn't be on a month to month life support financing feed. YA would say, all right, this thing is about to pop, we are confident with management, here's 25M for the rest of the year, "go get em."
We aren't there yet because no big player has paved the way. Along with us, we have a bunch of little guys, and things are just slowing picking up steam. We can all hope for a buyout, but the only chance of that is if our IP (patents) are actually worth something. Otherwise, aint nobody interested in buying a smallguy with a ton of debt, and little revenue to show for it. It seems to me the situation is the YA has a gun to Neom's head saying, you better produce here quick, all the while Neom is chained to the floor being fed bread and water.
We are truly wishing on a star at this point, and yes, I have lost 20K just for the record. I should have taken the money and went to Vegas, seriously. I would have had a much better chance than with this. Live and learn...and I usually learn the hard way.
