The above statement you quoted is nothing short of a flat out lie. Only a blithering idiot or a blatant liar would declare that "being brown" has been made a crime in Arizona.

Illegally entering into the United States (including the state of Arizona) is the crime. That is the case whether the illegal alien is Mexican or Irish. It has nothing to do with being "brown".
