so what should you fine a migrant worker with nothing? I say send him back and make the fine stiff enough so that it does not pay to hire illegal workers. Plus if we wanted we could have a system with pictures and ID which can be verified but no one really wants to get rid of cheap labor.

Or maybe we should bring back debtors prisons when they can't pay the fine eh?
