Despite all the efforts of 'some' .. the truth of the matter is that Clinton left a surplus. Bush gave two tax cuts
in a time of two wars. He passed an unfunded medicare prescription drug bill.

His budget kept the Iraq war OFF to HIDE that cost. NOW ..those costs are in the budget.

So um ...Yes, I would certainly and certainly do heap all the blame on 'bush' ..

I wouldn't heap all the blame on Bush, but that's a matter of opinion.
