I agree with you. The country no longer believes in good governance .. thank you g. bush!

Now, what I think is we must start somewhere. We can always tweak stuff when it doesn't work. WE can add to
or detract from .. BUT FIRST we must start.

Never elect a man who hates the government .. they always make it a point to prove their point.
