So now you are trying to tell us that management doesn't even know if an extension has been granted or not and in which blocks it was granted? If they don't know why not? Why do you think they have not told us. Actions granted by governmental bodies are not subject to any nondisclosure clause in any JOA.

And that whole Strand thing seems backwards to me. You sign an MOU and then go hire someone to find out how to best increase shareholder value after the fact? What's the use? This whole AIM transaction has been handled pathetically and to this day has the clarity of muddy water.

I can assure you of one thing, if you are too big a wimp to fight the big bully they are going walk all over you for the rest of your life. If SNP is not living up to its obligation to include ERHE in the decsion making process they need to do a lot more than sit on the sidelines, whine and make excuses.

The status of the blocks in arbitration is pretty obvious. They are still in arbitration. And if they aren't do you think management forgot to tell us about that too?

So as you can see I have a lot more beefs with management than just not disclosing drilling results that they may not have. Why you can't see the problems, I guess I'll never understand.
