Now why would they get in touch with the company via texting the stock symbol. That isn't what you said and here is your post.
Why would any company pay for their name to be what they text and then expect the stock symbol go to them? You clearly thought that texting the stock symbol would get you a quote or that was my intepretation, why else would anyone do that? We all make mistakes and I think you made a mistake here, and its not a big deal but it ain't gonna work that way trust me. Would you pay 2 times to have the service when you want your customers to text your company name?

Not to mention, soon to come, being able to text any stock symbol to GO800...

that's pretty huge
