So long as you insist on going backwards here is some
Due Diligence on the (former security) NVMG about the SEC halt:

The former security, NVMG, was placed on the list below among 25 other companies from March 13, 2008 that had in common the same thing, IMO, they had been duped by an unscrupulous attorney… and all 26 landed in trouble with SEC for compliance issues as a result of his actions. You can see NVMG highlighted on the list right next to MVIV in the following SEC document which outlines the sudden suspension.

You can also see in the details below that both NVMG and MVIV and the others had exactly the same issues. This why, IMO, the words of the President, Mr. Roy Choi, of MVIVE are relevant to this due diligence. Mr. Roy Choi stated, "I am extremely distressed by the recent events that resulted in a suspension of Mvive's trading particularly because they have nothing to do with Mvive's management, employees and to the best of my knowledge, its shareholders.”

His entire quote can be seen, in context, beneath the following SEC document. I believe the management of NVMG publicly reported the same explanation of things as Mr. Roy Choi, of MVIVE; therefore it is relevant to our understanding. Unfortunately, Mr. Choi resigned, whereas, Native American Energy Group went on to perform a merger with another public company to eventually become NAGP.
