but i'm
going to presume that jd has
clued him in on the manipulation
and toxic cesspool aka the otc/otc bb
if not .. i'll shoot him a memo :)
bet he has a chat with the TA as well =D
Respectfully, the new CEO will not be interacting alot with common shareholders. Also, one of the main job requirements was having some experience in OTCBB stocks. Please allow the new man do his/her job and get this real company back on good, solid footing so many can recoup some of 90% losses to date. It disturbs me to no end when other shareholders claim to be dispassionate about the current share price.
One thing that struck me on the day I made a company visit back in February was JD,s cellphone was constantly going off. He never answered but he would look at it. At one point during my visit he commented .... "my apologies, that's shareholders calling, something must be up, either the stock is way up or way down".
That issue does not sit well with me. Common Shareholders should not be calling up the CEO on his cellphone chatting, especially during business hours. We touched on many things I have never publicly commented on . My feeling was then, and still is, JD was given and took grossly bad advice along the way about the private spin-off dividend and many other factors. He knew full well that this was a very unpopular decision with most shareholders.
My own personal opinion is the company purposely allowed the stop sign to remain posted on Pinksheets because the company felt it was being held hostage in a fashion by having to pay their "fee" and file reports. Well too bad, that's simply the way the game works if one's stock is listed there.
I don't ask much of anybody on here and I respect everyone's opinion on both sides of the debate .... not a problem for me. But, I will make a request that the new CEO be left alone for awhile so he/she can come on in, get comfortable with the situation, and be allowed a legitimate opportunity to get this real company turned around.
Have a great day people!
What I post is my own opinion, and one should presume I have a vested interest within my opinion.
