So, is it possible then, and humor me here. also forgive my ignorance. if two brokerage firms coluded on a stock and one firm shorted at .04 and another bought at .04, the trade would go through. then they switch positions and short and buy back again, they could in theory keep the pps down. cause i don't care who you are your not gonna buy a stock for .05 if you just seen it trade at .04.
