The lawsuit's complaint about inability to finance seems absurd on its face. You can't finance a scam like this without paper and SPNG is now up against it's authorized ceiling.
Interestingly enough, however, they had approx 250 million shares to go when Kaja wrote her first four articles. Where did that stock go if not for financing?
