I have a question for the board.

The lawsuit claims the damages arrive from the fact that the Whitehouse articles discouraged financing operations from wanting to work with SPNG which, in turn, hurt SPNG business.

Since SPNG financing was historically conducted by RME, which is controlled by Metter and Moskowitz, does this mean that Moskie woke up one morning and read Kaja's articles and decided SPNG was too scammy to finance anymore?
