Well this may be a problem or not. My take is that there potentially can be a problem to get the filings upto date if the current owners of the 6 companies contest the Mina Mar court ruling and so we maybe suspended until the court rules...I don't think that this is the case based on Mina Mars' track history. They had a case last year with one of the mergers that ended up in court because of another party that contested it but it was resolved out of court 2months later and the merger continued.
