In other words, good luck getting NXG to drop down to your buy price of $1.43.

As far as the price of gold hitting $420/ounce, good luck there too, that's going to take some tremendous manipulation. While the $USD might stage one more (bounce) rally before it ultimately heads towards the dog house, $420/gold is going to be very hard to achieve, and would only be a favor to the Asians, they love gold.
