I agree NML
It is a legitimate question and a reasonable point to make. If anyone here states something as a fact then they ought to be able to back it up. There are very few "facts" put out by the company and that is a serious issue for many of the stockholders here, especially those without the "inside track".
I get tired of people spouting off rhetoric, rumors or unsubstantiated "facts" and then walking away from their words or getting offended when someone has the audacity to question their wisdom.
We ought to be able to keep the discussion above board and respectful. Some of you are privy to more information than others. I recommend that you do what I do, talk about what is publicly known and provable and stop throwing teasers that are meant to sway investor sentiment one way or another. You should talk about the company and state how you feel but everyone should worry about their own investment and stop trying to influence other's behaviors.
Two examples: 1. Dirt in Juarez - do I think it is there, yes. Do I think this was a scam - no. Do I know the GPS coordinates of the dirt - No...thus, I do not talk about the Juarez dirt deal. I have my opinions but I do not talk about it because I cannot prove it one way or another. If you state with all certainty that the dirt is there then be ready to prove that statement when asked about it. It does nobody any good to get wounded, pissed off or to scold another poster to "ignore you" when they ask for proof. Not every poster knows the big players and not every poster has 5 years of history in this stock...those that do should be prepared to explain their post and back up their claims.
2. This BS about something happening in May is one poster's unethical attempt to tease the newcomers or inexperienced investors into believing there is a reason to hang on, or buy more stock. This is totally wrong and I have opposed this ever since this arbitrary timeline was put out there. If it is true then prove it. If you cannot prove it, or if this information was obtained from an inside source, or a friend of a friend, then you should not be talking about it anyway. If it is false then shame on you for your criminal behavior. Regardless, if you put a statement like this on the board then back it up, if you cant or wont then STOP doing this!!! And, to all the investors here, PLEASE DONT BE FOOLISH ENOUGH TO BUY INTO THIS GARBAGE!!! Do your own due diligence people. I understand this is tough, especially here with this company, but at least be smart enough to pay attention to posters that have earned your credibility and disregard the ones that are obvious scamsters. We have a few smart people around here, and we all pretty much know who they are.
Good luck to us all, I am still holding and hoping, the management team is still working hard on our behalf but it is still a very steep and risky road ahead.

Do your homework - hope is NOT a strategy!
