One Canadian oil sand pure play.
Their chief risks are construction cost overruns, Site labor heavily unionized. last couple of oil sand projects were 200-300% overbudget.

But like Zeev said before, current technology make oil sand economically feasible if prices are projected for mid 20s and construction are within budgets.
