This is not unusual in small promising companies. Very often new management can completely change things and re-harness the great promise/potential.

I agree, with new management in, it's worth re-evaluating. If they're able to turn things around, there will be plenty of money to be made -- i.e. no need to press one's bets for fear of missing out on anything.
