low- off your two scans, I got four that I like
DFIB, This looks like a nice long term hold, but as ray pointed out the gap in Aug- make it look a little top heavy. I would look for an entry around $2.10. Stop around $2- and ride the wave as is may try for the 200 at $2.45ish. Volume says there is time to wait on it, imo.

NENG, I'm thinking an entry around 2.55ish (bounce off the 200). Stop at 2.44, and a target of around $3

HYB, Wow-21% dividend.

ECGI, had a little bit of a sell off last session, so going to see if it continues, maybe try at .55 if the 50 ema holds at the open. It is a low floater (7mil), so expect it to behave erradictally. Interesting that the average volume is about half the float. The .53 area would also fill the gap created a few days ago
