The TSX.V companies get their financings differently than the U.S. penny companies. Any and ALL shares being issued from the Treasury must be approved by the stock exchange. The trend nowadays is to Private Placements. The Placees must all be named and the Exchange must give the approval of the Placement. The shares have a 4 month hold on them.
