(the “Company”) and have been for some time now. I “invest” in companies, people, ideas, and technology. I do not day trade, short, or flip stocks. I have made a sizable capital investment in this enterprise, as have many others. Why? Because as difficult as it is to perform substantive due diligence on pink sheet stocks, I was satisfied that the concept, technology, and business model for the company was sound and provided great opportunity, and that the senior executive, whose fiduciary duty is to the shareholders, had sufficient integrity and capacity to implement the Go800 service. I was also satisfied that certain consultants retained by the Company would endeavor to mitigate some of the manipulation of shareholder value so common in pink sheet and OTC stocks. That said, I am sad to report that I have been “underwhelmed” with the duty of care that should be afforded “investors” in the Company. I would like to point out that I have not personally lost any money, although I am aware of many who have. I should also mention that I myself am the President and CEO of a company with well over 3,000 investors/shareholders and a market cap two to three times greater than Goip Global currently, so I am well acquainted with what investors expect and deserve from the companies in which they invest. My only intention here is to be a voice for the people that have invested in this company. Not for the day traders, shorts, flippers, and market makers who do not care about the integrity of this or any other company they buy and sell stock in. Their only objective is to make money and I have no problem with that at all. That’s what they do. However, your objective should be to build the strongest company you can and ensure that true “investors” in the Company are treated with the respect they deserve. Prior to the April 15th launch of Go800 a great deal of speculation was allowed to permeate through various online message boards, which, without guidance from the Senior Executive of the Company and/or its IR firm, contributed to a great number of smaller investors buying stock in the Company. Many of them were undoubtedly hoping to make a quick buck, and for them I care not, but for many, many others they wanted to “invest” in the Company for the long term as they believed in the same things I believed in when I invested. Subsequent to the launch of the Go800 platform, the market cap of the Company has been reduced by some 70% relative to where it was immediately prior to the launch. Now that is just fine with the market makers and for those who chose to short the stock, but extremely devastating to many smaller investors who had hoped to be long-term shareholders in the Company. And what has the Senior Executive of the Company and/or its IR firm had to say about it? Nothing. Absolutely Nothing. I implore you to advise shareholders in Goip Global Inc. as to the current status of the Company’s operations including, but not limited to, the number of businesses contracted for Go800 service plans, the status of the Go800 patent application, and any near-term marketing campaigns contemplated to raise public awareness of the product. As a shareholder, I would expect a response to my above stated concerns. Failing that, I will pursue the matter with various regulatory bodies as well as with certain shareholder rights advocates. Unless I have been misinformed, my understanding is that fiduciary duty to all shareholders is not waived because a company trades on the pink sheets. In closing, I would like to reiterate that I am, in fact, a supporter of the Company. I believe that the technology and concept alone are worth substantially greater than the present market value of the Company. I believe many other shareholders do too (and would like to remain invested to see Goip Global Inc. grow and become a solid revenue producing corporation). I think it only fair they see evidence that the Senior Executive and IR of the Company believe as well. I look forward to your response, Respectfully, “Shareholder” It was to this post that many believe MINIMAR answered to us with PR!! Including ME!! ID
