You are speaking of the benefit to the consumer. I am asking what is the benefit to 7-Eleven to pay the monthly lease plus 4 cents a minute?

There is no cost savings to 7-Eleven because it still has to pay for its customer service center plus the phone bill to call the potential customer back.

It seems the Go800 service is just adding to 7-Eleven's marketing expense when 7-Eleven can do the same thing at less expense.
