IMO, It's the beginning of the end for JPM/FDIC.

Susman would not have accepted this case if he didn't think he would win. And while the money is important, I'm sure he doesn't mind the exposure of winning a land mark case to boot.

One might also consider the fact that the case itself needs to be moved along. I'm sure the Judge is feeling a certain "pent up" demand to make some progress with this case.

Because of the above I believe we will see some real progress tomorrow.
