I agree, That's because they dumped on us for funds with zero warning.

I am gonna read up on 504's, But a quick scan if I read it right says they cannot solicit during a 504. So maybe Edwin had to keep quiet.

If he can use the money for the good of the company, were gonna go places.

I feel better this evening as well. We now have direction.

504's are a positive way for a responsible company to finance themselves through tough economic times.

They are not negative if used the right way. If they are done selling for awhile were gonna move up.

Maybe now we get a PR soon.

PS CURRENT, now the 504 he really has done this pretty much by the book.
