I was not aware that he recently claimed that there would be no dilution. Then again with all the useless posts it's hard to keep up. The last time he said that was early fall of last year when he assumed that private investors where lined up.

Unfortunately that did not materialize and with a development company with no revenue stream direct dilution or indirect dilution through 504 investors is the only way to generate the capital necessary to keep the company afloat.

If he did say this recently you have to remember that the company does not need to dilute directly but instead can sell blocks of shares to private investors at a discount rate, who in turn liquidate their position to the retail investors.

The action this week seems to be a combination of short term investors locking in profit as well as some dilution from the company or the 504's. Ive always been a harsh critic of over-dilution. I feel it kills momentum and really limits short term potential of a company but honestly what Ive seen so far is a dramatic improvement from what was done in the recent past. This stock was mired at .0001-.0002 and even no-bid for almost three months due to aggressive dilution.

In other words, this could be worse. If you purchased higher than the current PPS then I can understand being frustrated but you have to decide if you think this company will succeed and plan your investment accordingly.
