I am not saying that Moelis is not doing a good job nor the other experts. THat is not the issue. The issue is the R/S ratio of 200 to 1 and no reduction to the A/S. Just how many times do we have to state this? Do you not understand this ? I challenge you to show us that ,for example, a 50 to 1 R/S and a reduction in the A/S to 500 million cannot get the job done. The justification for the proposal as presented is just not there,IMO and I just cannot accept you saying that it will be good because the experts are there. Just not good enough for me. Show me is the name of the game. Do not force one option only saying it must be the best. The best for who????
