I also recognize the possibility that Brad could do jail time because he is talking PRESENT TENSE.
I don't see how Brad could do any jail time for publishing an article on their website stating present tense. I'd like to see some previous cases where that has happened. It would seem to me it would almost be a waste of time for some district attorney to go after Brad for one piece of paper where he states they have a technology where the fine or jail time would be approximately 3 days max, imo.
I witnessed a deal where an individual stole money(~$50k) from people in exchange of stock and nothing ended up happening to him. It almost takes an act of God for an agency like the FBI or SEC to get involved with an OTC:BB corporation. If you want to see grossly negligent fraud, look at TFCT and nothing has happened to them till just recently. A year ago they were touting a homeland security grant in the amount of $40million+, made SEC filings, wrongly used a Senator's name in a PR, and nothing has ever come of that. To say he would get jail time is pushing it from my experience. The FBI & SEC is investigating it now but over other matters.
