Well do keep in mind that they didn't have to say anything and they are still a pinkey. So that's one point for them. Our phone calls likely helped getting this released since I know personally that I left a message for Gill and his name and a quote was on the release. The fact that it was in the form of a PR and not a letter to shareholders is also of great long term benefit, so that's another point for them.

But I gotta retract a point for the fact that Timejumper was released on the PS3 on March 31st and we're only now hearing about it. And I've gotta retract another point since it's not a new project announcement.

As for the Yin and Yang announcement, I can't give a point for that since not enough details were released and that's only in the development stages. I think the damage control has been applied, so there shouldn't be much of a drop from here. I think they've stablized the situation.
