How would selling a small % of JBII to an oil company tarnish "Honest John's" legacy?

I mean he controls the company with his preferred shares [ which he still hasn't fully explained in a filing]. He could easily raise enough cash to fund operations and get global exposure to boot. Doesn't make sense. JBII has stated they will need to raise more funds though a pipe offering sometime this year. Why not just show the magical Islechem report to big oil and have them come crawling to his door with offers?

Game over? I keep reading that now that Islechem has "validated" JBII's p2o machine, the "game" is now over!

If this report is the game changing event why doesn't "Honest John" just take his report and fly down to Houston and show it to the folks at Conoco Phillips? I mean the guy flys to Africa to talk about tape reading. Why bother raising more money through a pipe? Just sell Conoco Phillips whatever % " Honest John" wants and make all shareholders including himself billionaires? "Honest John would still control the company, he wouldn't have to worry about finding "global" partners or tankers. I mean if this report is so earth shattering why not reward the shareholders of this public company? Why bother with the media? [unless that is to pump the stock and sell shares].

Game over? I think not.

Games are continuing. imo
