Dr. ksquared recommends... wet heat (they have heating pads with sponges) and Advil... take the Advil... lie on the heating pad set on low for half an hour... take a break... try another half hour... don't lie on it continuously... you'll get burned. The heat and moisture pull the Advil loaded blood into the area and helps heal it more quickly... personal experience here...
