well, i think this ol boy is ready to charge ahead!! I consider myself an investor, but this stock is currently a traders dream... a good strong 10 k will hopefully put an end to that..
The late 10k could be two things... 1) A poor management team with disregard for shareholders.. or 2) Management who intends to hold their position in the company over the long term and are not worried about price fluctuations.
I hope it is the latter... even still they should comply with the their listing requirements as it shows professionalism. GLTA
