Any idea as to the structure of the trial that begins tomorrow? It almost seems too easy (look at the contract wording, compare the parties' actions, and make a judgment), which would speak to a few quick sessions. But then again, we're talking courts, and this will likely be months. Any idea what those months could be filled with? Testimonials? Case law discussions? Any input appreciated...
