Hi Richard,

They are working on all the filings to make us current, they have been held up on 2007 because we found a couple of mistakes that needed to be restated. That is getting reviewed today and I would expect to see that filed shortly, once it is approved the adjustments can be made to 08 and 09, of which the financials are complete. I agree with you If a Kick in the ass would hurry this up I’d be there with my Boots ON!
