It is good to have a buddy at the SEC. I used to have one, some asshole that called me wanting to know why I bought a stock 3-4 years prior. I made him fell so stupid for calling me in France about a stock that I finally found out I made a couple hundred bucks on that I bought for a split, that he helped out in situations like this.

Be careful on the SEC complaint form though. It asks for your broker's name. Lowtrades was less than happy that they were mentioned on SEC complaint forms more than once even though the complaint wasn't about them. Told me to pick up my marbles and fuckoff.
