You are right. Now, shouldn't the balance sheet be thru 3/31/10 then? I am assuming it will show thru 12/31/09, but hasn't there been significant market gains since the end of '09? Should our fates be decided on a balance sheet over a quarter old? I'm certain assets v liabilities will look far different thru 3/31/10 than 12/31/09, IMHO
