We control 500,000 shares of WAMPQ Preferred Shares.

Here are the FACTS:

TPG** = 51%
Others* = 30%

Therefore, if the BOD has 10 people we get 2 positions for commons.

We also get 2 positions for preferred holders because WMI has missed 2 consecutive dividends.

From the feelings on this board, you can bet on the entire board being voted out and TPG/Others would place their supporters in position.

The next thing would be to replace Weil and A&M. The board could just decide to take the nuclear position like Rosen stated and we request the case go to trial and let the chips fall were they may.
