I don't think anyone knows!! I myself have wondered who should be voted on and if the EC will tell us.

As far as TPG goes, I think it would depend on whether they bought up a lot of post seizure bonds and if the post seizure bonds will be treated differently then pre. Obviously, the best case is for JW to say that post bonds are worthless, but no one knows what she will rule at this point.
