I call BS.......read your banking agreement, the fine print guarantees that even Jesus himself would not be able to walk with money from a banking error in his favor if the bank so desired down the road.....and that is when the bank makes the error, and sends you payment out of the blue.....I can only imagine what grounds there are for someone who continued to manipulate the system to create a stream of banking errors......on purpose (whatever the motive, benign or not....)

you're just wrong about this one, so stop while ahead......a person who spent the money that wasn't theirs is still responsible for it at the bank's request.....it doesn't matter how the money was withdrawn, by cash, CERTIFIED check, etc (the purpose of certified is to protect the payee from a bounce, not the payer from returning ill-gotten deposits)...

he had to give the money back (and probably knew it, being such a genius)......but at least he got some value out of the incident in the end, a great nickname.....
