now invest, your beef is not with me but the post I responded to that brought into question the SEC and their responsibility here. I was only responding to that post as it related to SPNG.

here's to the sec actually doing their job and not
leaving another group of shareholders in *limbo*
as they are wont to do .. the pressure *continues*
so that limbo isn't an option

Again, please don't shoot the messenger. the issue of the SEC's responsibility towards SPNG shareholders was raised by a SPNG long and I only responded with evidence that the has clearly informed you all of pending doom - take it for what it is.

So tell me now invest, what opinion do you have of those documents made available to you? Do you think the company has been truthful to you and if not, in how many ways have they lied?
